Linux VPS's

Our Linux VPS's are hosted in the U.K. and the U.S. and built on Pentium 4 2.4Ghz processors, 2 Gb of RAM, and RAID-1 disks for data security. We offer the following OS distributions along with our VPS Control Console:

» Gentoo



We also provide our clients access to our proprietary Web Control Panel which gives our clients the capability to reboot their VPS in case of an emergency or whenever necessary. We also provide single user mode and console access to our clients; something no dedicated server provider can do.

When it comes to upgrades, nothing is more simpler here at JVDS. We can seamlessly perform upgrade operations at any time without causing any downtime for the specified VPS. We can even enhance it's security by installing a firewall to prevent hackers from compromising it.

The best part of purchasing a JVDS VPS is the control. Since each client has root access, all aspects of the VPS can be manipulated and configured according to their specifications. For the initial system installation, we offer a selection of base system images: A full-install image which configures the VPS with website, e-mail, DNS, and web-based control panel facilities ready to go within minutes or a basic-install image which gives clients the capability of a more custom configuration for their VPS. We also provide custom installs for clients who require pre-configuration of their VPS.

Plus, our Linux VPS's can use multiple IP addresses making them ideal for reseller hosting with private-label nameservers.
